Our Process

 

Our approach is to provide our customers with a professional, streamlined and confidential experience. We've listed a general  quick view of the step-by-step process for your selected document preparation services.

  • STEP 1 - Choose a service and remit your payment 
  • STEP 2 - Acknowledge receipt of your service via email (check spam) and sign your client service agreement 
  • STEP 3 - Complete your intake appointment (may be in person at our office, virtual or telephone)
  • STEP 4 - We complete a draft of your requested service within 1-14 business days (rush service fee will apply if needed before 4 business days), for your review
  • STEP 5 - Receive your final copy after approval of your draft and services finalized

 

We are a NON-LAWYER service that provides legal document preparation assistance at our customer's specific direction. We are NOT attorneys and CANNOT provide legal advice.

Family Law

Dissolution of Marriage (Process of Service or Publication)

 Are you ready to dissolve your marriage and don’t want to go at it alone? Whether you have a minor child(ren) and/or property with your spouse, or no minor child(ren) and/or no property with your spouse, we can help. We will include all supporting documents with your petition to file, which may include a parenting plan, financial affidavit, and marital settlement agreement, to name a few. Once you’re registered, you’ll receive further details of your service. 

 

Dissolution of Marriage (Both Parties File Together)

 Are you ready to dissolve your marriage and  you and your spouse are in agreement? Whether you have a minor child(ren) and/or property with your spouse, or no minor child(ren) and/or no property with your spouse, we can help. We will include all supporting documents with your petition to file, which may include a parenting plan  or/and marital settlement agreement, to name a few. Once you’re registered, you’ll receive further details of your service. 

Marital Settlement Agreement

 A Marital Settlement Agreement (MSA) provides ex-spouses an option to place their marital property (tangible/intangible), financial obligations, and/or parental responsibilities in a written agreement. Trust us to assist you through the process of completing this document(s). Once registered, you’ll receive further details of your service. 

Parenting Plan (New/Modify)

 In some instances, a parent or parents may need to establish a parenting plan or change an existing plan to accommodate family needs. Once registered, you’ll receive further details of your service. 

Paternity Action (Establish/Disestablish)

 If you are unwed and want to establish or disestablish paternity, child support, and/or other related relief such as time sharing; you may chose to file a petition to legally determine paternity. Once registered, you'll receive further details of your service.

Answer/Respond

 If you've been served a summons for a family law case, more than likely you will need to prepare an answer to respond. The timeframe to respond can vary depending on the summons served. Once registered, you'll receive further details of your service.

Answer/Respond & Counterpetition (Combined)

 You've been served a summons for a family law case and need to prepare an answer. However you want to also provide a counter to the opposing party with a petition of your own requests along with your answer/response. Once registered, you'll receive further details of your service.

Motion To/For Document

 If you need to make a request in your case, filing a motion document is where you would begin. There are various motions one could file in their case.  Once registered, you'll receive further details of your service.

Supplemental Petition

 At some point in a case, one party may need to change the original petition, a final judgment or order. To do this, a party would file a supplemental petition. There are various supplemental petitions one could file in their case. Once registered, you'll receive further details of your service.

Name Change (age 18+)

 Do you want to change your name AND its unrelated to a divorce? Then filing a petition to change your name is your first step. Fingerprinting and background check services are required by the state of Florida in order to legally change your name.  Once registered, you'll receive further details of your service.  

Name Change (Minor under age 17)

 Do you want or need to change a minor’s name due to adoption, family name, after birth or for other reasons? Then filing a petition to change the minor’s name is your first step. Fingerprinting and background checks are required for the parent(s)/guardian(s) by the state of Florida. Once registered, you'll receive further details of your service. 


Estate Planning

Last Will & Testament

 Need your final wishes clearly outlined and professional drafted? Our professional team will guide you through the process and provide peace of mind knowing your affairs are in order.  Once registered, you'll receive further details of your service.

Essential Estate Planning Package

 Our Essential Estate Planning Package offers a comprehensive service to ensure you have designated your agent and your wishes are carried out. This package includes drafting a Last Will and Testament, a Tangible Property List,  Power of Attorney, and Healthcare Directives/Living Will. Secure your legacy with peace of mind through our professional services. Once registered, you'll receive further details of your service. 


Young Adult Estate Planning Package

 

Our Young Adult Estate Planning Package provides young adults between the ages of 18-26, an opportunity to designate an agent/person to handle their affairs when they are unable to. This package includes your choice of three (3) of the following essential estate planning documents:

Durable Power of Attorney, Medical Power of Attorney, Healthcare Surrogate

HIPPA Authorization, Living Will.  Once registered, you'll receive further details of your service. 

Revocable Trust Package

 Our Revocable Trust Package is tailored to meet your specific needs and goals. If you desire to have a co-trustee/settlor during the creation of your trust, this can be an option. This package includes drafting your Revocable Trust, Last Will & Testament, Power of Attorney, Healthcare Surrogate, and Final Arrangements Instructions. Once registered, you'll receive further details of your service.

Power of Attorney

 Our Power of Attorney service offers a General, Medical, Limited, or Durable option to ensure your trusted agent is given fiduciary powers over your affairs when you are unable and that your financials/property/personal business and/or healthcare matters are properly managed. This legal document can provide peace of mind and security for you. Once registered, you'll receive further details of your service.

Revocable Trust

Do you need privacy for your beneficiaries/assets/distributions to meet your specific needs and goals? Creating a Revocable Trust is a popular estate planning vehicle for many. If you desire to have a co-trustee/settlor during the creation of your trust, this can be an option.  Once registered, you'll receive further details of your service.

Revocable Trust Amendment & Restatement

Do you have an existing Revocable Trust and would like to amend an Article(s) or update beneficiaries? From time to time, a settlor or trustee may need to make changes or restate terms within their Trust. Once registered, you'll receive further details of your service. 

Summary Administration of Estate

 Our Summary Administration services offers efficient document preparation of "small probate" cases, including Ancillary or Amended processes. In addition, the decedent's estate should be less than $75,000 and/or deceased for at least 2 years. Once registered, you'll receive further details of your service.

Guardianship Advocacy

 Do you need to obtain guardianship of (non-minor) another person or family member due to their mental capacity? Obtaining guardianship can be the next step to protect them and their rights. Once registered, you'll receive further details of your service.

Advanced Healthcare Directives/Healthcare Surrogate

 The Advance Healthcare Directive, also called a Healthcare Surrogate names the person who is to make medical decisions on your behalf if you're not able. This may or may not be the same person who is the Agent for your Power of Attorney or Personal Representative on your Last Will and Testament. Once registered, you'll receive further details of your service.

Living Will

 A living will lets others know of your choices if you become totally incapacitated. It is also referred to as a "DNR", which stands for "Do Not Resuscitate". By planning ahead, you can make the decision about when and if your doctors are to withdraw care.

Civil Law

New Claims Lawsuit

 If you need to file a small claims lawsuit (up to $8,000), or a county civil claims lawsuit ($8,001 up to $50,000), or a circuit civil lawsuit (over $50,001) for relief? Filing a pleading/complaint is where you could begin. Once registered, you'll receive details of your service. 

 (this service includes up to 10 pages; additional pages will incur a service fee)

If you need to make a request in your case, filing a motion document is where you would begin. There are various motions one could file in their case.  Once registered, you'll receive further details of your service.

 Have a change in circumstances and need to add or remove a person(s) or entity from/to your real estate deed?

Demand/Request Letter

 Are you in dispute or disagreement with a person or entity? Do you want to notify them of your concerns before taking legal action? Sending them a demand or notice letter could be the first step. Once registered, you'll receive further details of your service.

Expunge/Seal Services

 Ready to petition for an expungement or seal of a past charge? Several steps must be followed and we can assist with the process. Once registered, you'll receive further details of your service. 

Amended Complaint

Do you need to amend your complaint pleading due to changes in circumstances or due to a court order? Once registered, you'll receive further details of your service. 

Notices

 Do you have an ongoing case with a scheduled hearing approaching or an action that the other party needs to be made aware of ? Drafting a notice is usually required to be filed in the case. Once registered, you'll receive further details of your service.

Early Termination of Probation

 If a probationer desires to conclude their probation prior to the set terms, they may wish to request for an early termination of those terms. Once registered, you'll receive further details of your service.

Buy-out Agreement

A written agreement may be an option for two or more parties who have an interest in a common real estate property and/or one or more of the parties agree to leave the agreement in exchange for compensation or an alternate arrangement. Small Business

Registered Agent Services

As a new business in the State of Florida, you're required to designate a registered agent. Having a registered agent can provide privacy, all while meeting the state's compliance requirements. This service includes a business mailing address, scanning of postal mail documents*, and other selected optional features. Once registered, you'll receive further details of your service. 

Succession Plan

Do you have a small business and need to create a plan and strategy to support the growth, changes and "what ifs" of your organization? Having a succession plan supports your business' goals and objectives professionally and with efficiency. Once registered, you'll receive further details of your service.

Business Operating Agreement

When starting a new business, having details of how your business operates may be requested by other entities and vendors you may seek to work with. Staying in compliance usually requires an operating agreement. Once you're registered, you'll receive further details of your service. 

Professional Agreement of Services

Do you or your business offer services to other businesses, entities or community organizations? Do you need a written binding agreement prior to beginning services? A professional services agreement could be just what you need. Once registered, you'll receive further details of your service. 

Typing Services

 Do you have information, language, directions or any type of document that needs to be formally typed in a professional way? We can assist with putting your words in a document. Once registered, you'll receive further details of your service.

Return and Refund Policy

All payments are final; no refund of service fees paid. On rare occasions, if a deposit is accepted, it is non-refundable.


If you decide to no longer use our services after we have completed an intake appointment/questionnaire/session, after completion of our services or at any point where we have started your file/services, we will not issue a refund nor partial refund.  We are happy to reschedule your services. 


In a rare event, we may issue a refund if no document preparation work has begun as outlined in your agreement/terms of service; however, we are not obligated to do so. Once we have collected information from you verbally and/or sent an intake questionnaire  via email, or we have hosted your intake appointment virtually, in-person, over the phone; we consider that as the start of your selected service. 


 If a refund is issued, it will be refunded in the same manner as paid. Refunds issued by Pro Se Solutions Inc may take up to 5 business days to process and may take longer to reflect on the customer's end; depending on your bank's processing timeframe. 


If you need to reschedule your appointment, please do so within 24 hours or as soon as possible. If you are more than 15 minutes late to your scheduled appointment, we assume you have canceled and if any fees were paid, they are forfeited. We will allow you to reschedule up to 1 time, to the next available appointment. 

We take great pride in our work and providing the best service for our clients is a top priority. If you are unhappy with our services, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can assist and remedy the situation.
