We're a legal document preparation service assisting self-represented ('pro se') individuals complete important documents, forms and other self-represented services. We are not attorneys and we do not and can not provide legal advice. 

We provide affordable assisted document preparation services to include simplified divorces, child custody, parenting plans, name changes, small claims, civil cases, expungements, power of attorney documents, bankruptcy, eviction services, estate planning, living trusts, administrative support, notary public and more. 

Our prices are competitive and affordable for the public. This includes self-represented individuals, soloprenuers and small businesses. Fees vary depending on the service(s) requested and are at a fraction of the cost of retaining an attorney or large corporations. 

Our office is based in sunny Tampa, Florida and we currently serve clients throughout the state of Florida and beyond via virtual options.

Timelines can vary, depending on the service. Usually our pro se legal document preparation services can take 1-14 business days to complete. 

RUSH options are also available for selected services.

Absolutely! We are available via telephone, email and instant chat directly on our website. If you need to discuss longer you can always schedule a complementary 15 minute chat or a 30 minute chat or a 60 minute chat (small fee applies to 30 and 60 minute options)

All payments are final; no refund of service fees paid. On rare occasions, if a deposit is accepted, it is non-refundable. If you decide to no longer use our services after we have completed an intake appointment/questionnaire/session, after completion of our services or at any point where we have started your file/services, we will not issue a refund nor partial refund.  We are happy to reschedule your services.  In a rare event, we may issue a refund if no document preparation work has begun as outlined in your agreement/terms of service; however, we are not obligated to do so. Once we have collected information from you verbally and/or sent an intake questionnaire  via email, or we have hosted your intake appointment virtually, in-person, over the phone; we consider that as the start of your selected service. If a refund is issued, it will be refunded in the same manner as paid. Refunds issued by Pro Se Solutions Inc may take up to 5 business days to process and may take longer to reflect on the customer's end; depending on your bank's processing timeframe. If you need to reschedule your appointment, please do so within 24 hours or as soon as possible. If you are more than 15 minutes late to your scheduled appointment, we assume you have canceled and if any fees were paid, they are forfeited. We will allow you to reschedule up to 1 time, to the next available appointment.  We take great pride in our work and providing the best service for our clients is a top priority.
